How To Register

GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Annual Registration Fee: $45.00
Family Registration Fee:  $60.00

The Academy is open year round for all students in all levels, with an exception of three short vacation periods and major holidays.  Summer information may be obtained on our Summer Programs page.  Adult classes are ongoing year round.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS (AUGUST - MAY)
- One Payment in Full
- Two Semester Payments
- Eight Monthly Payments
- Tuition is pro-rated for students registering mid-year
- Class Cards are an option for adult students only ($100 - 10 class fitness card; $140.00 - 10 class dance card)
- Walk in students may pay by class at the rate of $18 per dance class / $12 per fitness class.

TUITION DISCOUNTS OFFERED
- Family Discount:  15%.  Families with more than one student enrolled will receive a 15% discount on each additional child's     
  tuition.  The student with the highest tuition remains at the full rate.  (Immediate Family Only)
- Military Discount:  10%.  Military Discounts are offered to children of parents who are active duty or retired with a valid military
  I.D. or to adult students who themselves or their spouse is active duty or retired with a valid military I.D.

REGISTER TODAY FOR CLASSES!

 REFERRAL PROGRAM
Students who refer a new student to our school will receive a $25 credit to their account. 
*For credit to be applied, the student referred must register for 2008/09 under the Semester Payment option or the One Payment in Full option.

- Mail completed registration form along with check, credit or debit information to 501 N. Beneva Rd., #700, 34232. 
- Fax completed registration form with credit or debit information to (941) 951-1942.
- Scan & Email completed registration form with credit or debit information to info@floridaballet.net.

- Completed & Signed Registration Form
- Annual Registration Fee:  $45 one student; $60 two or more students
- Tuition Payment:  One Payment in Full; 1st Semester Payment; 1st Month Payment;
